Appointment Cancellation

Please remember that appointments must be postponed or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. We would like to briefly explain why a spontaneous appointment cancellation is unpleasant for us:

❌ If an appointment is canceled at short notice, it is difficult to find a replacement for the canceled appointment despite the waiting list.

❌ We have ongoing costs such as rent, electricity, heating and, above all, salaries. Of course, these costs must be covered and that is why we charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled at short notice that we can no longer spontaneously give to another customer.

Our default fees are as follows: 

72 hours before the appointment = 0%

48 hours before the appointment = 0%

24 hours before the appointment = 50%

12 hours before the appointment = 80% 

Missed appointment = 100%

✅ This is of course also legal and regulated in Section 615 of the German Civil Code.

So the next time you have to cancel an appointment, please let us know about it on time.

This will avoid any unpleasant expenses and someone else will be happy about a quicker appointment.

If we have to postpone or cancel an appointment at short notice, we will inform you as quickly as possible with a timely alternative.
